リフォーマーコースとは

◾︎ リフォーマーのグループレッスンを担当したい
◾︎ ピラティスのパーソナルトレーニングにリフォーマーを活用したい
◾︎ マットエクササイズの理解をより深めたい

リフォーマー（ピラティス専用機器の一つ）のグループレッスンを担当できるインストラクターを目指す方のためのコースです。資格取得によって、より詳細なエクササイズの指導ができるようになりパーソナル場面での活用範囲も広がります。

【ニセコ開催について】

Focus Physioはポールスタージャパンと共に、ポールスターリフォーマーコースを景観の美しい北海道ニセコで開催します。国際的に認められたポールスターピラティスのリフォーマーコースを、ポールスターピラティス・シニアエデュケーターのダニエル・ディトマー氏の指導のもと、２週間にわたってすべてのエクササイズを履修します。今回のコースは「リトリートスタイル」になり、２週間の週末にわたり開催されます（各週末の3日間）。その他、任意オプションで試験の準備となるグループメンタリングや羊蹄山やニセコアンヌプリへハイキングなど、楽しく、時には美味しい余暇活動を企画しています。

Focus Physio in conjunction with Polestar Japan will be hosting a Polestar Reformer course retreat in beautiful Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan!  Spread over two weekends, we will cover all the course contents for internationally recognized Polestar Pilates reformer course with Polestar Pilates Senior Educator Daniel Dittmar. This course will be “retreat style” so it will be offered over 2 long weekends (3 days each), as well as opportunities for group mentoring and exam preparation as well as some optional fun recreational and gastronomical adventures throughout the week, including hiking Mt Yotei or Mt Annupuri!  

コース受講の流れ

  1. Gateway　Reformer（入門）　 ：２日間
  2. PPオンライン（自宅等でのオンライン学習）：10時間
  3. Reformer Intermediate（中級）：２日間
  4. Reformer Advanced（上級） ：２日間

上記全てを受講後、約半年後に設定される認定試験の合格によりポールスターリフォーマー認定インストラクターとなります。
認定試験は東京会場にて実施予定です。

注意事項：
１）今回の6日間のコースではポールスターリフォーマーコースのすべてのエクササイズを修了しますが、コース参加だけでは認定の資格は付与されません。

2）認定の資格を取得するためには、ポールスターの試験を受験する必要があり、そのためにメンターによるすべてのエクササイズのサインオフが必要です。今回の週末のコースの間に、サインオフのセッションの時間を設けていますが、試験受験のためにはコース終了後に引き続きサインオフのセッションを受ける必要があります。2024年12月～2025年3月までの期間はニセコのスタジオで受けることが可能です。その他、ニセコ以外の日本国内やシンガポールなどアジア各国のメンターのスタジオでチェックオフのセッションを受けることが可能です。アジア各国のメンターに連絡を取りたい場合は、お気軽にお問い合わせください。

Please note:

1）The 6 days course is all the training in the exercises for the Polestar Reformer course, it is not the complete certification.

2）In order to achieve complete certification you need to prepare for a Polestar exam and need to get every exercise signed off by a Polestar Mentor.  There are some limited and optional exercise sign off sessions offered between the weekends, however it is likely you will require more mentoring over an extended period of time to prepare for an exam.  This can be done in our studio in Niseko December 2024 to March 2025, or via mentors located throughout Japan or the rest of Asia or in our studio in Singapore.  We would be more than happy to provide you with contacts for mentoring throughout Asia if required.

  • ・Reformer Intermediate、Reformer Advanced、PPオンラインの単独受講は再受講（リテイク）の方のみ対象となります。
  • ・お申し込み締め切り：コース開催1ヶ月前が第一次お申し込み締め切りとなります。その後は空き枠があれば受付可能です。
  • ・コースは英語で行われ、日本語の通訳が付き、以下の内容を含みます：６日間のコース、日本語のマニュアル、理論レクチャーとエクササイズデモンストレーションのポールスターリフォーマーコースのオンライン教材（視聴期間は12ヶ月間）
  • The course will be delivered in English with Japanese translation, and includes the 6 days course instruction and manuals (translator for Japanese speaking participants), access to Polestar reformer online platform for 12 months (theory lectures and  exercise demonstration videos)

グループメンタリング（任意オプション）
グループメンタリングの時間を設け、試験に向けてエクササイズのチェックオフを行います。
チェックオフセッションで行うエクササイズは事前に決める場合もあります。
最低6-8時間のメンタリング時間を予定しています。
日程）8月29日（木）6時間（3時間×２回）
上記以外に、1-2回(各日1.5時間)夜間に行う予定です（日程は調整中）

メンタリング料金
・プライベートメンタリング　12,000円/h
・グループメンタリング　2,000円/h

自主練習
最低３時間のグループまたはプライベートのメンタリングセッションにお申し込みされる方は、8月26日(月)〜29日(木)の期間中、スタジオで無料で自主練習を行うことが可能です。

オブザベーション（見学）
最低３時間のグループメタリングセッションにお申し込みされる方は、どなたも8月26日(月)〜29日(木)に行われるポールスター認定員によるグループクラスのオブザベーション（見学）が無料で可能です。オブザベーションは定員があり、クラススケジュールは調整中です。

余暇活動
周辺のハイキングやマウンテンバイク、外食などを予定しています。これらはポールスターのコースには含まれず、すべて任意のオプションです。
参加されるアクティビティーに応じてその都度料金をお支払いいただきます。

Group Mentoring (Optional)
We will have group mentoring sessions to give you a chance to get exercise sign off for preparation for your exam.  Sign off sessions will involve pre-determined exercises.  We are aiming to have at least 6-8 hours mentoring available.  
Thurs 29th  6 hours (2 x 3hr blocks)
Plus 1 or 2 other evenings per week (1.5hrs each time) day to be determined .

Mentoring Charges
Private Mentoring: Y12,000 per hour 
Group Mentoring: Y2,000 per hour 

Self Practice 
Any student that signs up for at least 3 hours of the group or private mentoring will have access to the studio to practice throughout the week (26th– 29th August) free of charge.

Observation 
Any student that signs up for at least 3 hours of the group mentoring will have the opportunity to observe any classes conducted by a Polestar qualified instructor from 26th to 29th August free of charge.  Limited opportunities available and schedule to be determined. 

Extra Activities 
Extra activities may including hiking, mountain biking, meals etc and are not part of the Polestar course.  All of which are optional and paid for at cost by each participant.

宿泊先情報

8月22日(木)〜9月3日(火)の期間は倶知安町付近にあるFocus Physioのスタッフハウスに宿泊が可能です。（6泊以上からお申し込み可能、定員あり）
・相部屋（最大２名）：4,000円／泊
・個室：8,000円／泊

宿泊先ではベッドのご提供があるのみで、部屋の掃除サービスはありません。
スーパーやレストランは徒歩圏内にあります。

その他にも、倶知安やひらふエリアで宿泊可能です。（その他宿泊先情報は後日公開予定）
スタッフハウス以外の宿泊先のご予約は各自でお手配ください。

Some limited accommodation is available in the staff house of Focus Physio in nearby Kutchan, from 22nd August to 3rd September.
– Shared room (max 2 people): Y4,000 per night, minimum 6 nights 
– Own room (limited):  Y8,000 per night, minimum 6 nights 
Accommodation and bedding only, no room cleaning available, supermarkets and restaurants are walking distance.  
Other accommodation can be found in Hirafu as well as Kutchan some more options can be given later.
